Adrian Anderson receives the Rocco Sicari Award

At the end of each calendar year, one of Hirotec employee receives the Rocco Sicari Award. The Rocco Sicari award honours Hirotec’s family history and supports the organisations cultural vision for the future. The Award acknowledges the hard work and dedication of an individual within Hirotec. An individual that espouses the organisations values and imparts a positive influence in everything they do and on each and every person with whom they interact.

The 2012 award was presented to Mr Adrian Anderson of Hirotec’s Canberra branch office by Hirotec’s senior management (left to right) Mr Bruce Jarvis (General Manager Operations), Mr Alan Dunn (Chief Executive Officer) and Karl Hornung (Regional Manager ACT).

Adrian commenced employment with Hirotec in 2007 as a HVAC Technician and in 2010 was promoted to Supervisor which he ensured the technicians and apprentices he was working with were given the help and guidance they required.  In 2012 Adrian was promoted to Account Manager which he took on with great enthusiasm and has taken the role in his stride and proven to be a very valuable employee to Hirotec.

“…In his short time as Account Manager, Adrian has managed to master the importance of managing and keeping the confidence of our customers through hard work and dedication.  Adrian has always shown a very proactive approach to safety and the environment and is always researching and assisting with new initiatives where safety is concerned.  Adrian drives the business in the best interest of Hirotec and shows great leadership skills…” said Hirotec CEO Alan Dunn
