As CEO, Mark works with the Board guiding strategy, growth and business compliance. Mark is a Certified Practising Marketer and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul joined Hirotec after several years in Chartered Accounting. He has been instrumental in growing the Hirotec Group to where it is today, focussing on business management, strategy and the development of people within the organisation. Paul is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ain’s previous experience includes working in Chartered Accounting for PWC, ASIC Company Secretary roles and CFO roles with Dalkia, Club hotels Group and Mercedes Benz Australia. He has a broad range of skills including Board reporting, analytical & management reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting and working capital management.

Alan is an experienced General Manager with over 25 years industry experience. He has completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Deakin University specialising in leadership and communication. Alan has an extensive background in business expansion, greenfield start-ups and development of long standing B2B relationships. Alan also manages relationships with key national customers across the business.

Marie is a Certified Academic member of the Australian HR Institute with over 20 years’ experience. Holding a Bachelor Degree in HRM and Industrial Relations coupled with a Master of HRM, she has demonstrated proven success in driving the HR strategy to meet business directives.
